Can I Get a Refund?

At Network Kings, we want to provide excellent training and education to our students. We value your trust and want you to be happy with our courses. However, it's important to know that we have a specific refund policy because of the way our live batches and digital products work. Here are the important details:

Live Batches:

Our live batches are taught by top-notch engineers and trainers who get paid based on the number of students. Once you sign up and pay for a course, we make arrangements and confirm the batch. Because of this, we can't offer refunds once you've confirmed your admission and purchased the course.

All Access Pass:

As part of our courses, we provide digital content that you can access starting on the first day of your admission. Since digital products can't be returned or taken back, we don't offer refunds for the purchase of the All Access Pass. However, you can try it for 3 days before deciding.

Exceptions:

In some special cases, we might consider a refund if:

a. Technical Issues: If there are major technical problems or interruptions during the live batches or with accessing the pre-recorded content, and you can't fully participate in the course, we'll look into it and may give you a refund.

b. Non-Delivery of Course: If we fail to provide the services we promised, we'll assess the situation and may give you a refund.

Please note that if batch dates need to be rescheduled due to trainer unavailability, we can do that. However, if you ask for a refund instead and can't wait for the rescheduled batch, we'll keep 50% of the amount as a cancellation fee.

To process a refund request, we may need some proof or documents from you.
