Missing Course Topic/Notes:
If you notice that a course video or notes are missing from your course materials, please follow the steps below:
1. Raise a Ticket: To address the issue, you can raise a ticket with us. Provide details about the specific course, video, or notes that are missing. Our support team will assist you in resolving the problem and ensuring you receive the necessary materials.
2. Trainer-related Issues: If you have concerns about the trainer or are facing difficulties during the course, you have the option to escalate the issue to Network Kings. We want to ensure that you have a positive learning experience, so please let us know about any problems you encounter.
3. Workbook and Guides: Certain courses, such as Palo Alto SD-WAN and MCSA, do not include workbooks or guides as they are GUI-based courses. Instead, you should follow the instructions provided in the live session recordings to navigate and understand the course content.
